How to Delete Your Account

Open the Remember Who app
Go to Settings (bottom tab)
Scroll down to the Account section
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Your cloud account and login credentials
All synced contacts and their details
Notes, interactions, and conversation history
Meeting records and follow-up reminders
Backup data stored in the cloud

What Remains on Your Device

Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the app
To fully remove all data, uninstall the Remember Who app after deleting your account

Data Retention

Account deletion requests are processed immediately
All cloud data is permanently deleted within 30 days
Backup copies in our disaster recovery systems are purged within 90 days

Local-Only Users

If you never created a cloud account and used the app in local-only mode, simply uninstall the app to delete all data. There is no server data to delete.
